Step 3

The longlist

Your profile goes to the client as part of a curated shortlist of candidates who meet the role's key criteria. Most clients hold a 45–60 minute exploratory interview at this stage.

The case study

We're big believers in letting your work speak. Many clients include a case study reflecting the real challenges you'd tackle in the role — never a trick test, just a way to spotlight your thinking.

Step 5 · a few extra data points

Assessments

We may share psychometric assessments depending on the role and client, to build a fuller picture of how you work. Ask us for a 30-minute debrief on the results if you'd like one — it's collaborative, not evaluative.

Step 6

Final interviews: client deep dive

You're a finalist. The client takes the lead from here, often with multiple rounds involving peers, direct reports or leadership. We prep you before each one and debrief after — we don't just toss you over the fence.

Step 7 · zero blackout periods

Bi-weekly feedback

We check in every two weeks, even if it's just to say "still waiting." Silence during a job process is bad manners, so you'll always know where things stand.
